About Bug Bite Family

This webshop is operated by Bug Bite Thing Europe, registered in Denmark with CVR 13169543.

The following terms and conditions apply to all FUNDRAISING ORDERS placed via www.bugbitefamily.com or email.

These terms and conditions do NOT apply to regular purchases on our webshop. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering through our website or email, you accept our terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy.

Bug Bite Thing Europe reserves the right to update these terms. Any changes will not be retroactive and will only apply to orders placed after the update.

Ordering

The minimum order is one box of each color of Bug Bite Thing®. If you wish to order more than 10 boxes of a specific color, please contact us at info@bugbitefamily.com. One box contains 96 Bug Bite Thing® and has a total retail value of EUR 1.435, including VAT, based on a recommended retail price of EUR 14,95 per Bug Bite Thing®.

In case of any errors in the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us as soon as possible to correct the mistake.

If you wish to reorder, please contact our customer service at info@bugbitefamily.com as soon as possible.

Shipping from Bug Bite Thing Europe to the recipient is free of charge in Denmark.

Delivery

The standard delivery time is up to 5 business days, subject to holidays and public holidays which may result in longer delivery times. Upon receipt, the customer must check that the number of items is correct and that the items are undamaged. Any discrepancies or issues must be reported immediately upon receipt.

For larger shipments, the recipient must be available by phone on the delivery day. If the carrier cannot contact the recipient, the shipment will be left at the specified address at the recipient’s responsibility. This will be planned with our team who will contact the designated recipient.

Prices and Profit

When you place an order for Bug Bite Thing®, the invoice will show a price of EUR 12,00 per unit, including VAT. This is your actual purchase price. When you go out to sell the products, the recommended retail price will be EUR 14.95 per unit, including VAT. This means you will earn EUR 2,95 per unit sold.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns of unsold Bug Bite Thing® units can be arranged by contacting us at info@bugbitefamily.com or by filling out the “Return of Unsold Units” form online. Go to the returns page here: Return of Products.

This must be done before products are sent back. All returned products must be in good condition and properly packed, preferably in the original shipping boxes to support recycling and sustainability. Products that are damaged and cannot be resold may be rejected or potentially charged.

We offer free return shipping on the first 6 original shipping boxes, which together can contain 576 units. Additional returns will be charged a shipping fee of DKK 49 per shipping box.

Complaints

We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue, we ask the customer to write directly to us at info@bugbitefamily.com to file a complaint as usual. We will handle the inquiry and replace defective items under our quality guarantee.

Invoice and Payment

The invoice will be sent by email when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. The payment deadline is 45 days, allowing you time to distribute the products and collect the funds before the invoice is due.

Products that have not been sold and need to be returned to us must be received by us at least 3 business days before the invoice is due or at least 3 business days before the payment deadline for the invoice, as we need to count the returned units.

Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, designs, graphics, images, text, and data on www.bugbitefamily.com are the property of Bug Bite Thing Europe and may not be used without permission.
