Thank you for choosing to fundraise with Bug Bite Thing®! We understand that sometimes not all units are sold. Therefore, we have a simple and easy return policy for unsold Bug Bite Thing® units. Free return is currently only available in Denmark.

How to return unsold units:

1. Fill out the return form
   To ensure quick and accurate processing of your return, please fill out the return form at the bottom of this page. This form will help us process your return promptly.

1. Pack the units securely
   Once you have completed the return form, securely pack the unsold Bug Bite Thing® units. We recommend using the same boxes in which you received the units – this supports both recycling and sustainability.

1. Return to us
   Return the items to the address we will provide after you contact us. Make sure the package is sufficiently protected.

1. Rejected or damaged units
   If any units are damaged or cannot be resold, we may need to reject these and invoice for them on the final invoice.

Important details:

• The return policy only applies to unsold units in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns must reach us at least 3 business days before the end of your campaign (the invoice payment deadline).
• We offer free return shipping on the first 6 full original shipping boxes (576 units). Additional returns will incur a shipping fee of DKK 49 per shipping box.
